Session One: Tower Cable
… a management team must challenge themselves showing signs of strength and some individuality, plus holding on so they don’t fall into the water while other management critiques their form and style.
Session Two: Aqua Float Competition game
During this session, a management team splits into TEAM A and TEAM B, it helps bringing out competitive behavior skills, communication skills and sense of completion from helping teammates complete the challenge.
Session Three: Satisfaction
At the end of the Management Meeting, all participants had fun, were safe, wet, and have incredible memories.
